Hello there!

We are the only professional ballet company in San Antonio, known as Ballet San Antonio. We are comprised of 23 professional dancers and 6 staff members from all over the world to bring the beauty of ballet to south Texas.

We are currently the resident company of the renowned theater, The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts (formerly known as The Municipal Auditorium) located in the heart of downtown San Antonio.

We produce 3 professional full-length productions each season for all audiences! To include our curated The Nutcracker production that serves those with sensory sensitivities and students that are otherwise not able to attend the theater. We curate each production to fit the needs of our audience.

Ballet San Antonio proudly upholds an uncompromising mission to spread the splendor of beauty the art form has to offer.

We are your ballet company.

Ballet San Antonio is a not-for-profit organization and relies on donations to support the continued mission of the organization.

The definition of Resilient is the ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions and/or the ability to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed. At BSA, we are inspired by the dancer's ability to withstand hours and hours of their body, mind, and emotions being challenged to memorize and execute complicated choreography to perform for our patrons and return to the studio to do it all over again.
