BUILD A BALLET SUMMER CAMP
June 5th – 30th
Open to children ages 4-7, students will spend a fun week learning what is involved in making a ballet from start to finish. Each week will start with learning the story of the ballet, and conclude with an in-studio showcase. Their day will include Ballet, Creative Movement, Choreography, Set Design, and Costume Design.
WEEK 1 (JUNE 5TH – 9TH)
The Nutcracker
Based on the story by E.T.A. Hoffmann and scored by Tchaikovsky, The Nutcracker follows Clara as she embarks on a journey full of imagination and magic. Fight the mice, swirl with the snowflakes, and dance with the Sugar Plum Fairy in the land of the sweets!

Beauty and the Beast
Set in the French countryside, Belle, the only daughter of an inventor, falls into a journey that takes her to a castle full of mystery and unexpected surprises!

Swan Lake
Tells the story of young Prince Siegfried who falls in love with Princess Odette. Odette and her
companions transform into swans under the spell cast by the evil sorcerer Rothbart. Their days are spent gracefully gliding on a lake only to return to their human form at night.
