Heather Neff began her dance training under the tutelage of Natalia Botha and Charles Hagan at the Southern Academy of Ballet Arts at age four. At age seven, Neff performed her first ballet with Botha and Hagan as Clara in Pas de Vie’s first full-length performance of The Nutcracker. She went on to dance with Pas de Vie for the next ten years performing a variety of roles such as The Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, The Glove Seller in Gaite Parisienne and Phrygia in Spartacus. In 2012, Neff was accepted at the Joffrey Academy of Dance. While in Chicago, IL she graduated to the Joffrey trainee program. Since then, Neff has become a member of Ballet San Antonio, now entering her fourth season with the company. Some of Neff’s favorite roles with Ballet San Antonio include Gerald Arpino’s Tribute, Kitri from Don Quixote, Myrtha from Giselle and Principal Girl in George Balanchine’s Rubies.
