Heather Neff began her dance training under the tutelage of Natalia Both and Charles Hagan at Pas de Vie Ballet at age four. She performed her first ballet with Pas de Vie at age eight appearing as the role of Clara in the company’s first full-length production of The Nutcracker. Neff went on to continue her training at the Joffrey Academy of Dance in Chicago where she graduated to become a Trainee.

Miss Neff has since performed across the U.S. appearing in roles such as The Sugar Plum Fairy (The Nutcracker), Aurora (The Sleeping Beauty), and The Wedding Pas de Deux from Don Quixote.

Neff joined Ballet San Antonio during the 2015/16 Season and has had the pleasure of dancing many wonderful roles including Myrtha from Giselle, Kitri from Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Alice in Brian Enos’ Alice in Wonderland and Juliet in Edwaard Liang’s Romeo and Juliet. Neff also had the honor of being selected to perform as the Principle Couple in George Balenchine’s Rubies and had the distinct pleasure of having the original role of Michaela (Carmen) set on her by Mr. Ysovani Cortellan.

She is so very excited to be returning to Ballet San Antonio and The Tobin Center for the 2020/21 season.
