Evin Nicole Eubanks is the Chief Executive Officer of Ballet San Antonio and Manager of the School of Ballet San Antonio and in this capacity, oversees the management and administrative functions of both organizations.

Evin has an extensive background in the performing arts with accomplishments in a variety of roles in operations, stage management, production, and board service, including having served as the Executive Director of the Chicago Dancing Festival from 2010-2014.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater Arts from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of the Leadership San Antonio program, 44th Class.

Her volunteer service includes having served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Youth Orchestras of San Antonio (YOSA) from 2015-2021, as a Grant Evaluator for the Texas Commission on the Arts and currently, as a member of the Edgewood Fine Arts Academy Advisory Board.

Em Watson graduated from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study and began her career as a dance photographer in New York City. She worked with companies and institutions including The Guggenheim Museum (Works & Process), YoungArts foundation, Joyce Theater, New York University, and many dance companies in NYC and beyond. Her photo and video work has been featured in the New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, Dance Magazine, Ballet Review, and others.
 
In 2020, Em co-founded Web Weavers Design Studios, a strategy-centric design and media studio. She has worked with dozens of institutions around the world to build functional, strategic, and beautiful digital systems to support their growing businesses.
 
Em studied at the International School of Storytelling in Forest Row, England in 2021, and has performed as a storyteller around the US and the UK.
