Get to know Aiden
When did you start dancing, and why?
I started dancing when I was just five years old. After always being at the studio for my older sister watching in on all the classes, a teacher brought me in to try. Immediately, I found joy in the level of difficulty it brought me.
What inspires you to be a professional dancer?
Being inspired and motivated for me comes from within. I strive to consistently improve, always pushing and trying to chase my idols such as Steve McRae, Xander Parish and Ivan Vasiliev, to name a few.
Why did you choose Ballet San Antonio?
I chose Ballet San Antonio to call home after great referrals from former directors and guest dancers I’ve met previously. It’s truly been a pleasure to be under the care of our artistic director, Sofiane Sylve, and Rehearsal Director, Rafael Ferreras.
