Andrea was born in Cary, North Carolina and trained at Cary Ballet Conservatory under Heather Iler and Mariaelena Ruiz. During her training, she won awards at the Youth America Grand Prix semifinals and American Dance Competition. After graduation, she furthered her training in the trainee programs at BalletMet and Philadelphia Ballet, where she performed featured roles in La Bayadere, La Fille Mal Gardee, and George Balanchine’s Serenade. Andrea joined Ballet San Antonio for its 2020-21 season and was promoted to soloist in 2022. As an artist with Ballet San Antonio, she has had the opportunity to perform featured roles including the Black Swan pas de deux from Swan Lake, Kitri in Don Quixote, the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, and Tinkerbelle in Peter Pan (both choreographed by Brian Enos). While dancing with Ballet San Antonio, Andrea is also pursuing her BS in Psychology at Penn State University.
