Emily Geib


JOINED BSA IN 2025
Emilie Geib is from Greenville, South Carolina, and began her training at International Ballet under the direction of Vlada Kysselova, then later studied under Amy Deshong at Cornerstone Ballet. At just 16, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia to train under Georné Aucoin at The International City School of Ballet in the Professional Division. After graduating, she moved to Nashville to study at Nashville Classical Ballet Academy under the direction of Aaron Orza. While at these schools, she has had the honor of receiving training from Joy Womack, Veronika Part, Karin Averty, and Natalya Lushina-Zeiger.
Emilie has performed numerous roles in La Sylphide, The Nutcracker, Paquita, Swan Lake, La Bayadare, Coppelia, La Vivandiere, and Pas de Quatre. She has also had the honor of performing in two debut contemporary works, “Brink of Becoming” and “Enkeli” by choreographer Nissa Wood. In 2021, she was featured in the International City School of Ballet’s film “In Rare Form” where she danced in the debut performance of contemporary ballet “The Death Instinct” by Musashi Alvarez.
Emilie is elated to join Ballet San Antonio and is excited for what the future holds.
